ROTEX 2021 – Ultrex Separator
The new Ultrex process screen has an ergonomic design in compliance with the latest health standards. It allows extremely precise separations and ensures the ease of maintenance and/ or inspection even to a single operator.
Main Features:
- Designed to guarantee USDA, EHEDG and FSMA certifications: all contact surfaces comply with recommended hygiene and health standards
- Total execution in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, if necessary polished according to various finishing levels
- Screening panels: a single operator can perform without tools in a few minutes the installation/ removal of screening panels and balls minimizing downtime plant- The access to all internal parts (top, side, bottom and front) is total and guarantees a complete and easy internal cleaning without the need to use tools.
- Cleaning capacity: no flat internal surface or protrusions allow water or dust to stagnate when washing is required.
- The innovative and patented Rotex alternating-turning movement, perfected over the years thanks to laboratory tests, thousands of installations and experience in the field, guarantees better efficiency, greater accuracy and high efficiency.
